So the other night I happened to not get any sleep.  It's not all that interesting of a story but it has everything to do with forgetful co-workers.  But this post isn't about them.  I can usually function just fine if I get an hour or two of sleep but right as I was about to take an hour nap at 7am, I heard a knock on the door.  Turns out it was the sheet rockers who came to work on my basement.  I figured that instead of trying to sleep while they were banging around I'd just go to work to finish the project that I'd been working on all night.  Things were fine until about 10 and from then on I couldn't keep my eyes open.  I think I was kind of trying to work while I drifted in an out of sleep for about 15 minutes.  When I finally snapped out of it I realized I had deleted 3 pages of emails somehow, probably when I thought I was working, except these were from my personal email, not my work email.  Well, I kind of got my project done as best I could and had to go to class.  Luckily class only went 2hrs instead of the usual 4 so I only had to pretend to be awake half the usual time.  Well, I had a soccer game at 8 and figured I should probably take a nap before cause I've played a few games on no sleep and they're pretty ugly.  Well, I set an alarm but slept through it and woke up 10 minutes before the game.  I've had a pretty bad cold all week so I decided to take some Dayquil on  my way out the door and the results were interesting.  Out of a 45 minute soccer game, I hardly remember a thing.  I remember taking 2 shots and making a few passes but literally is it.  I don't remember if I was doing any good out there, I'm just glad I didn't take any shots on my goal.  I only know that cause no one got mad at me for doing it.  Apparently I didn't realize I had no gas in my car when I left for my game so I ran out of gas about 100 yards away for the soccer place.  Luckily Jon was still close and gave me a ride to get gas.  The rest of the night is fuzzy and I don't remember anything else, but here I am a day later and alive.  Luckily, I remember today.

You should start video taping your days and see what happens. I'd watch that.
