More School Troubles

I've decided not to go to my Corporate Finance class anymore. Why wake up at 6:30am in the summer to go sit/fall asleep in a class where I can't understand the teacher and I don't learn a thing? Just because a professor understands a topic doesn't mean they can teach it. In fact the last class I went to the professor said he doesn't even know how to use a financial calculator so he does it all by hand. WHY??????? That's like taking a horse and buggy when you can drive a Ferrari. It doesn't make sense, and he grades us on how well we do the work by hand. My Investments professor just likes to show us how smart he is and mentions at least a few times each class that he has his Phd in Finance from Wharton. Good thing he's as hard to understand as the Vietnamese guy. He goes off on these long winded tangents about how this co-sign equals the variance squared of the put option on the long call and therefore the Black Schoells equation doesn't make sense in this situation and we should be using the Binomial distribution instead blah blah blah blah blah. I probably wouldn't go to that class either but he doesn't use the book and our tests are based on his slides which he won't post online because he's afraid of copyright infringement. I like finance but this is getting ridiculous.

I hate wildlife

So I have a squirrel living in my wall and its really, really annoying. It likes to get up and start squeaking and scratching around 4 am and whenever I am studying in my room. I also sleep with my window open because its super hot at night and we don't have air conditioning or a swamp cooler or anything. This is bad because the birds around my house also like to wake me up really early for no reason, usually around 5 am. And then, the other night I was watching TV and this stray cat just waltzes into my house. I chased it downstairs where it disappeared somewhere, probably into one of my roomates rooms. I looked for it for a while bu couldn't find it so I figured I'd leave it there for a nice surprise. But like I said there, are two many animals running around here. It's time to go hunting!

Could you please be any lazier?

I don't know why but the only days it rains are the days I ride my bike to school. Last week I rode home through 3 inches of hail and it took me and hour to thaw out. Well I'm just going to stay at school and study til it stops today.....or til I'm sick of studying.

Something else funny was my Finance Professor (the one who no one can understand) this morning in our midterm. His way of telling us not to cheat was saying in his broken "Don't be bad. Don't do bad things." Ok. I'll not do bad things
